You can place your order by sending us a direct message on Instagram or WhatsApp. Please include the product, quantity, date needed, and whether it’s for pickup or delivery.
2. How much notice do you need for orders?
We recommend placing orders at least 2 weeks in advance. Large or custom orders may require more notice.
3. Do you accept last-minute orders?
Last-minute orders depend on availability. Feel free to message us and we’ll do our best to help 🤍
4. Do you offer custom flavors or designs?
Yes! Some items can be customized. Let us know your idea and we’ll confirm availability and pricing.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept e-transfer and cash.
Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your order.
6. Is a deposit required?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required for custom or large orders to secure your date.
7. Do you offer delivery?
Yes, delivery is available for an additional fee depending on location.
Pickup is also available.
8. Where are you located?
We are located in tillicum area Exact pickup details will be shared once your order is confirmed.
9. Do you have a weekly menu?
No, at the moment I only take pre orders
10. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable.
11. Are your products homemade?
Yes! All our desserts/ cakes are homemade with high-quality ingredients and lots of love.
12. Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
Please inform us of any allergies. While we try to accommodate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
