Hi, I’m Maria Alejandra, the heart behind Maria’s Cakerie & Desserts. My baking journey began when my youngest daughter was just 4 months old. I’ve always had a sweet tooth and a love for creating desserts, but it was during that special time in my life that I discovered how meaningful it is to be part of people’s celebrations through my baking.

What started as a passion quickly grew into a calling the joy on people’s faces when they share a cake I’ve made is what continues to inspire me every day. Over the years, I’ve specialized in custom cakes for all kinds of occasions from birthdays and weddings to baby showers and just-because moments.

Each creation is handcrafted with love, attention to detail, and the belief that every celebration deserves something sweet and unforgettable.

Beyond my business, I am a proud mother of three, balancing family life with my entrepreneurial journey. I am also deeply involved in the local community, often participating in markets, pop-ups, and collaborations, while steadily building my dream of expanding Maria’s Cakerie & Desserts into a lasting and recognizable brand in Victoria. For me, baking isn’t just about cakes and cookies it’s about creating memories, spreading happiness, and making every bite truly love at first bite.
