Marcus Bread Co shipped sourdough from North Carolina to New Jersey and it was outstanding. The bread arrived fresh with the perfect crust and incredible flavor—true, high-quality sourdough. Shipping was fast, reliable, and packaged really well so everything arrived in perfect condition. Not easy to do with fresh bread, but Marcus Bread Co nailed it. It was my first time ordering the OG loaf and the chocolate chip cookies. All of it lasted maybe the weekend 😋 the chocolate cookies are to die for and can’t wait to order again ❤️

I picked up our OG loaf today and it’s already halfway gone! Heading to Josh’s Farmers Market Friday to stock up on more bread for the weekend. Can’t wait to also try the cinnamon rolls and scones!

To be honest, my whole life I’ve always viewed scones as the untalented cousin of the muffin. So when my wife told me she kindly got me a berry scone I wasn’t too excited. That night after my wife and kids were asleep, I locked the doors and closed the curtains, then I pulled out the scone and took my first bite. Within a few seconds, I was so very thankful that my family wasn’t there and I didn’t have to share this with them, and also so sad that she only got me one of these amazing delicacies. The taste was amazing, literally the best scone of my life. 10/10.

After weeks of hearing about the best sourdough bread from Marcus Bread Co. I had to try it for myself. Admittedly, I was skeptical - I mean how good could it actually be? Well, let me tell you - it lives up to the hype! The Jalepeno and Cheddar was a 10–out-of-10! The outside is crispy and the inside is so moist and fresh with bits of Jalepeno and cheddar mixed in. By far and away the best sourdough I’ve ever had! And the chocolate chip cookies are to die for. They are huge and chunky with a generous amount of chocolate chips. I give Marcus Bread Co. a 5 ⭐️ rating! It’s worth a try, but be careful - you will be hooked!

I want to start out by saying that this should come with the label that says “caution once you try one slice, you may eat the entire loaf, not responsible for weight gain”😆. This is seriously the best sourdough I have ever tried. Crispy on the outside soft on the inside. And let’s talk about flavor… We tried the raisin and the jalapeño cheddar. They both left me craving another slice. I am excited to try the other flavors. We also tried the chocolate chip cookies. They are out of this world! Don’t think I could ever purchase a grocery store sourdough again!

Love in a box 📦🍞 Marcus Bread Company shipped me a cranberry walnut sourdough loaf all the way to Punta Gorda, and it arrived in great shape and tasted incredible. Toasted with a little butter or cream cheese, the balance of tart cranberries, walnuts, and tangy sourdough was just right—nothing overpowering, just a really thoughtful, well-crafted loaf. You can tell this bread was made with simple ingredients, great care, and real love. If you appreciate real food, you’ll appreciate this bread. Delicious.

We love it!! The jalapeño is my favorite! The kids loved the chocolate chip loaf! And the chocolate chip cookies???? Maybe the best ever!!!!

This bread is next level good. I cut a slice and next thing you know, the loaf is gone. Do yourself a favor and try them all. You will not be disappointed.

We received our first batch of goodies yesterday, (the cinnamon buns, cookies, cheddar & jalapeño bread and the cinnamon & raisin bread) and they were all AMAZING! We’ll definitely be ordering more soon!

I really like sourdough but normally I prefer it toasted as it tends to be a bit dry. Not so with this bread. Right off the loaf it is moist, full textured and delicious.

I can’t eat bread from the store would inflame my joints and upset my stomach. Not so with this sourdough bread. First it’s huge. The taste is wonderful. The next day if I eat bread from the store I can’t get out of bed. This morning after eat two slices I had NO joint pain. I will be back every week to buy more.

Amazing sourdough I will definitely be a return customer. Best me and my family have ever had, crispy crust soft inner layers melt in your mouth. Texture was amazing along with the taste

I’m nearly 70 years old and have made and eaten a lot of bread but this is probably the best sourdough I’ve ever had. It’s picture perfect, like it came from a photo shoot, and the flavor and aroma are intoxicating from the start. Crust is sourdough perfect and the crumb is spectacular with the right amount of chew and tenderness. The inclusions are balanced well and incorporated perfectly. Well done, you’re a true artist in dough.

We ordered both the cinnamon raisin and the cranberry walnut sourdough loaves. One was still warm when delivered and we started eating it in the car. Both are amazing and we will be ordering again❤️

Marcus Bread Co. exceeded my expectations! We ordered 2 loaves, one to keep and one to give away as a gift -although that didn’t happen! Highly recommend for yourself as a daily bread or makes a wonderful gift for anytime of year! Incredible ingredients and flavor !

Bought a loaf to have with appetizers while hosting family, it was amazing with just butter. Made grilled cheese with what was left, so delicious!

I recently had a most pleasant experience ordering some bread from Marcus bread. Asked them for 6 loafs, and was met with buy 5 get one free. Order was ready for pickup, fresh out the oven within a couple days. Took the bread home, sliced it, saw the steam. Immediately ate two pieces and it was absolutely delicious, soft and moist. And with that signature crunch for the crust. Would highly recommend, hoping we have some new arrivals soon from Marcus bread
