We specialize in small-batch, naturally leavened artisan sourdough made with simple, high-quality ingredients and a minimum 12 hour fermentation process. As a registered dietitian and chef, I combine culinary craftsmanship with a passion for wholesome food to create breads and baked goods that customers return for week after week.
