Tina is amazing great class

Tina is such a hoot! I have been making sourdough for around 2 months and she just made my little knowledge expand 10 times. She has an amazing personality. The way she organized and structured her class was perfect. Do yourself a favor and take her class, even if you have experience making sourdough.

A very easy to digest, step by step class that made managing each phase of the process a breeze! Tina was so welcoming, prepared, and thorough! If you ever decide to host an inclusions class we’d love to join! So excited for this sourdough journey!

Tina was such a great teacher! I’ve always wanted to get into making sourdough but didn’t know where to start. She made me feel more comfortable and helped me understand that truly anyone can do this!

Tina is AMAZING! Super knowledgeable, fun, and made me feel welcomed and like a professional sourdough baker after her class. She went through each step with such detail and explanation. Not only do you take home a fresh baked loaf, you also get to bring home a starter, dough to rise, transform and bake and another loaf to bake. I definitely recommend this class for beginners like myself or even someone who wants a few extra pointers.

Tina was spectacular with her class! I loved it. She was very informative and all inclusive for her students with any questions and had the answers. A great way to spend the afternoon learning something new!

Tina offers an amazing sourdough bread-making class, and it is worth every penny! You learn every step of the process. You do 2 days of sourdough bread making — start to finish — in less than 4 hours. She offers clear instructions and fantastic tips! She makes it fun, and my pre-teen enjoyed it as much as I did. You also can’t beat the final result; the bread is DELICIOUS!

Wow… I learned more about sourdough in a few hours at this class than I have watching various YouTube/informational videos. I am a very kinesthetic learner so I NEEDED an expert to walk me through each step, hands on, so I could get the feel of it. Not only was this class super engaging and informative, our wonderful teacher allowed us to ask all the questions we had. I feel that I got to ask every last sourdough question I had! I feel VERY confident making sourdough now, whereas before I felt intimidated by the process. I am sooo excited to have expanded my fermenting knowledge! You will love the teacher - she is very warm, to the point, and doesn’t waste time! She packs in so much and you leave with the equivalent of three loaves and a starter! I also love that we worked with different kinds of flours as well. I could go on! Do this class! Highly recommend ❤️🥖
