Are you an allergen free bakery?
No, we are not an allergen free bakery. Your baked goods may come into contact with milk, eggs, soy, and nuts. We are not responsible for allergies.
How do I place an order?
You can use this website, click request order at the top. You can call or text (850) 766-7375. You can message our Facebook page as well.
Am I limited to the designs under your custom cake?
No, those are just examples of some of my previous work! I’m able to customize a cake to almost anything you would like.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If you purchased an item that requires a $25+ non-refundable deposit, you won’t get that back. You must cancel at least 48 hours before your order is due to get any payment other than your non refundable deposit back. If you cancel after the 48 hour mark, you won’t be refunded any of your money.
How far in advance should I order?
What you’re ordering determines when to place your order. Custom cakes and other custom orders are best to be placed at least 2 weeks ahead of time. I’m usually able to take cookie orders at any time.
How much of a deposit do you need?
Deposits are different for each order. Orders under $40 don’t require a deposit. Orders over $40 but under $100 require a $25 deposit. Orders over $100 will depend on what you’re ordering. All deposits are non-refundable. And all orders, no matter the deposit amount, must be fully paid 48 hours before order is due.
Can I make a last minute order?
You can request a last minute order (less than 1 week from due date) but a late fee may be added depending on your order. Some of our items take ingredients that we do not keep on hand and may require me to make a special order or trip to the store. The late fee covers extra shipping costs and gas/time for special store trips.
Can you make a cake look EXACTLY like the one I sent you?
No, we do not copy other artists work. I will use the picture for inspiration and go off of that. That doesn’t mean if you send me a pink cake, I won’t make it pink. This just means that if you send me a cake with flowers on it, for example, the flowers may not be in the exact same spot that they are on the inspiration picture.
