• 5 inch round - 2 layer cake serves 4/5 people (3 layer 5/6 servings) • 6 inch round - 2 layer cake serves 6/8 people (3 layer 8/10 servings) • 7 inch round - 2 layer cake serves 10/12 people (3 layer 12/15 servings) • 8 inch round - 2 layer cake serves 15/20 people (3 layer 20/25 servings) • 9 inch round - 2 layer cake serves 20/25 people (3 layer 30/35 servings) • 10 inch round - 2 layer cake serves 25/30 people (3 layer 40/45 servings) • 12 inch round - 2 layer cake serves 35/40 people (3 layer 50/55 servings)

1. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date and time. Orders under $40 do not require a deposit. Orders over $40 but under $100 require a $25 deposit. Orders over $100 require a 25% deposit minimum, this can change depending on your specific order. 2. All orders under $200 must be paid in full 48 hours before the order is due. All orders over $200 must be paid 2 weeks before order is due. The order WILL NOT be started unless this has been paid. 3. The date and time of your order is the last chance to make any changes to the order. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges. 4. Delivery and, or setup is free within 25 miles on orders over $75. Anything further than 25 miles will be an additional $0.65/mile. Charges increase depending on the location of the venue and will be stipulated in the final price. 5. Once the order has been picked up, I am not responsible for any damage to the cake. If it is being set up or delivered I am not responsible once it has been set up at the venue. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 73 degrees or below. 6. If flowers are provided by an outside source, I will place them for an additional fee. You acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants. Additionally, I will not be responsible for wrapping flowers that will be placed into the cake if I am not providing them 7. If you or your representative elects to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves my possession. 8. I will photograph all cakes and reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to the consumer. 9. My products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. They will be listed on the box or cake care card. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold me and Mama B's Bakery harmless for any and all allergic reactions. 10. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon our ability to complete the Agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.
