Deposits, Pricing & Payments
* Cake and dessert prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. The price shown at the time your order is placed will be honored.
* A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of placing an order to reserve your date and confirm your order.
* Orders placed 10 days or less before the scheduled pickup or delivery date require full payment at the time of ordering.
* For orders placed more than 10 days in advance, the remaining balance is due 10 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
* Orders must be paid in full before they can be prepared or fulfilled. Failure to receive full payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of the deposit. We cannot guarantee that an unpaid order will be completed on time.
Cancellations & Refunds
* Cancellations made 10 or more days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date are eligible for a refund of all payments received, including the deposit.
* Cancellations made less than 10 days but more than 5 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date are eligible for a refund of any amount paid above the initial 50% deposit. The 50% deposit remains non-refundable.
* Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled pickup or delivery date are non-refundable.
* Once a cake or dessert has been picked up or delivered and accepted by the customer, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued.
