No customers never need to download an app or create an account to view invoices.

Do you ship?
Product is available for customer pick up. Possible local delivery for an additional charge. No shipping.
How far in advance should I order my cake?
Most custom cake orders require advance notice of at least 10 days and availability is based on our baking schedule. Sometimes this can be flexible depending on holidays.
We recommend placing your order as early as possible. Especially for events or special occasions that are date.
What size cakes do you offer?
Our standard round cakes are available in 6 (feeds 8-10) or 8 inch rounds (feeds 18-24), three layers.
Hoosier Cabinet Collection specialty cakes are 8 inch rounds, three layers.

Other sizes such as heart shapes, squares, Swiss rolls are available on request.
Do you do fondant cakes?
Fondant is not an option for our cakes. Our cakes are frosted and piped.
Do you make wedding cakes?
We may accept select wedding and larger celebration orders based on availability. Please contact us well in advance to discuss your date, design, serving needs, and other details.
Can I request a cake for a specific dietary need?
Our kitchen is not an allergen-free facility, so we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies when placing your inquiry. We will let you know what options may be available.
What happens if I need to cancel or change my order?
Because cakes and desserts are prepared specifically for each order, cancellation and change policies may vary depending on how close the order is to the scheduled pickup date. Please contact us as soon as possible if something changes.
