Do you deliver?
Yes! Delivery starts at $15 if you’re location is within a 10 mile radius. If you exceed the 10 mile radius, I charge an additional $0.75 per mile.
Reservations and Deposits
• To reserve your date a 50% deposit must be paid. This deposit is non refundable.
• Orders under $50 require full payment within the 48 hour time period to reserve your date.
• An invoice will be sent by text message and email that must be paid by it’s due date.
• If your invoice is not paid by due date your order will be canceled.
• The remaining balance of your order must be paid 7 days before pickup.
Cancellations/Refunds/Delivery
•Deposits are non refundable.
• If you wish to cancel your order, the deposit will not be refunded. It can be transferred to a different date if I am available.
• Taste is based on personal preferences. Refunds will not be given if the client does not like the taste.
• Colors are not always exact. I will do my best to provide you with similar colors to your theme, but refunds will not be given if the colors do not match exactly.
• If you the client does not wish to accept the product upon delivery or pickup, there will be no refund given, unless the cake is completely damaged by me (Lyza’s Cake Counter).
