Payments/Deposits
I accept payments via invoice and cashapp. All orders over $50 require a non refundable 50% deposit of the total. Your deposit is due 48 hours after your invoice is sent. Failure to pay deposit on time will result in an order cancelation. The remaining half of your cake payment is due 7 days before the scheduled pick up date. Failure to the pay remaining balance due 7 days prior will result in an order cancelation. Deposits are none refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel your order? It is best to cancel your order before you pay your final balance. No refunds will be given as the deposit is non refundable. If for any reason I (the baker) have to cancel you will get a 100% refund. Cakes are no longer my responsibility after they have left my possession. I am not responsible for any damage or changes that occurred during transport. If you are needing to reschedule to another date, it will be based on availability (if i am able to change it). Rescheduling must be done 7 days prior to pick up date.
Delivery
Delivery starts at $15 if your location is within a 10 mile radius. If you exceed the 10 mile radius, I charge an additional $0.75 per mile.
