Do you offer gluten-free options?
While sourdough is fermented which may make it easier to digest, it still contains gluten. At the moment, I do not offer gluten-free products.
Can you freeze sourdough?
You sure can!
If you don’t think you’ll finish a loaf before it goes stale, you can pre slice it and put it in a gallon ziplock bag and push all the air out and put it in the freezer! Take a a slice and pop it in the toaster and it’s FRESH bread all over again!
What is the best way to store?
I recommend putting it an a sealed bag or the bag it comes in! Your loaf will stay fresh for 3-4 days. You can also freeze your loaf for fresh bread all over again!
