If you’re a fan of that sweet, nutty purple yam magic, this is your sign to go all in: 🍪 Ube Crinkle Cookies – Soft, chewy, and dusted in powdered sugar like they’re ready for a snowy photo shoot. Super fudgy inside with that deep ube flavor that just hits. Not too sweet, just right. 🍰 Ube Cheesecake – Okay this one was dangerous. Creamy, rich, and smooth AF, with that signature ube color and a buttery graham crust. Sweet, but not overwhelming. Basically, if ube halaya and classic cheesecake had a baby, this would be it. 🧈 Ube Ensaymada – Fluffy, buttery, cheesy goodness with a swirl of ube baked right in. Soft enough to pull apart with your hands, and even better when it’s warm. This is what cozy merienda dreams are made of. No notes. Just cravings. 10/10 would eat again — and again — and again
