We ordered an 8” round confetti cake with strawberry cream filling, along with a dozen cupcakes topped with chocolate ganache, and everything was beyond perfect. The attention to detail was incredible, from the vibrant rainbows and adorable Hello Kitty design to the smooth frosting and colorful decorations. What makes this even more impressive is that I only gave Ms. Melissa our birthday invitation as inspiration, and that’s all she had to work with. She completely brought the vision to life and exceeded every expectation. The cakes themselves were light and not too sweet. Highly recommend and will use Lou Orleans for future occasions!

Beautiful cake! I got my birthday cake from Lou Orleans and would recommend a cake from here for any occasion. During the consult we discussed colors and combos that'd look good together. I sent inspo pics over and they ran with it. At the day of I received a photo and was asked if I liked it or if any changes needed to be made. No changes needed. The photos didn't do it justice. In person the cake was more than I could ever imagine! All my favorite color and my favorite flower, just as I asked. 10/10 recommend getting a cake from Lou Orleans 💚

I ordered myself a birthday cake from Lou Orleans after seeing so many amazing photos and reviews, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I chose an inspo picture, made a few custom changes, and submitted my order through their booking website. The process was incredibly seamless and easy. I just picked up my cake and it’s absolutely beautiful. They brought my vision to life perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Thank you so much!

We requested a last minute order for a celebration of life. 7up cake is not on the menu however, because it was my mom’s favorite cake Lou Orleans delivered. The cakes….were AMAZING. Our family for Alabama said the cake brought back memories of Sunday dinners. The details, the flavor and the love the cakes were made with were tasted in each bite. Everyone commented and asked who made the cake? Thank you for being a blessing to our family!

This cinnamon roll was delicious. Nicely packaged and served HOT!!!! It wasn't too sweet, is the perfect morning indulgence with my coffee.

I asked for a Yosemite-inspired cake and got something even better than I imagined! The mountains and little details like the rocks and greenery made it feel so personal and thoughtfully done. It was almost too pretty to cut into! This is our family’s 5th cake from Lou Orleans and they never disappoint!

We ordered a cake for our son’s second birthday party. Not often does a cake TASTE as good as it looks, but this one nailed both! Guests enjoyed the attention to detail in the Very Hungry Caterpillar (children’s book) design and were so impressed by the texture and moisture in the cake and taste of cream cheese frosting. Incredible! Will be ordering year after year.

The CUTEST most DELICIOUS cupcakes! The whole experience from inquiring about the cupcakes to receiving them has been nothing short of amazing. I love their checkout system, the owner reached out to review some design/flavoring details, and when I received them they were presented soooo beautifully. Lou Orleans really hits it out of the park with beautifully decorated and delicious cupcakes, but their amazing customer service is the cherry on top! I will definitely be using them again. Our family was so impressed with the flavor and moistness of the cupcake. It was one of the best cupcakes I have had. Thank you both for adding to this memorable day. The bouquet cupcakes and coordinating sheet cake were AMAZING!!! Not only breathtakingly beautiful (much better then the inspiration picture) They were also absolutely delicious. Melissa was so easy to work with, in person she is even better, she radiates joy and positivity. We purchased a cake for our host son's birthday. He is from France. The cake is absolutely beautiful. The cake has a French theme, with the colors of the French flag. An Eifel Tower decoration was included as well. We 100% highly recommend getting a cake frim here. They are not only beautiful, but delicious. We would not get our cakes or cupcakes anywhere else.

We ordered a birthday cake for my grandson and the theme was the movie coming out called Primative War. Dinosaurs and army men. They did an awesome job and the flavors were spot on! This is our 2nd time using them and will for sure use them in November for my husband's birthday too!!!! I give them a 10 out of 10!!! Please try them!!!!

Today she delivered the most beautiful Harry Potter cake for my sisters 14th birthday and the most intricate and thoughtful chess cake for my brothers 25th birthday. The cake wasn’t quite what we’d asked for (based on the inspiration photo, which was a cake that the baker had made before), but still beautiful and delicious. Our 8-year-old son won’t let us near it, it’s that delicious! The packaging was exquisite and the best we’ve ever had from other bakers. It should also be noted that Melissa came through—even in the midst of a family emergency! Place your orders NOW!

I bought the bouquet cupcakes. The presentation was amazing. They looked so real. You have to take a second look to make sure that they really are cupcakes. I bought them for my girlfriend for her birthday. I walked in the house. I set the cupcakes on the counter right next to the real flowers and waited. It took about 45 minutes for someone to notice that these were not flowers. The cupcakes themselves were delicious. a must buy. I will definitely be buying all my cakes from now on thank you so much.

I took a risk & got out my comfort zone of getting a grocery store cake & took the drive to get a homemade from Melissa she made me the most delicious & sweet beautiful birthday cake I ever had, I definitely will be coming back, the price was worth every penny, I highly recommend her, & thank you for making my day complete! I ordered cupcakes for Mother's Day and they did not disappoint. They were made so gorgeous that you almost did not want to eat them. Then the flavors of them were so delicious. We got carrot, red velvet, chocolate & vanilla. All of them were delicious. I would highly recommend them for your next event and will definitely be ordering from them again.

Pros: I showed an inspiration picture and they were able to duplicate the exact cake design. The cake came in a clear plastic container which made it easier to transport. The cake was moist and flavorful. Many of my guests complimented how beautiful and delicious the cake was. Lou Orleans Gourmet Cupcakes has a timely response time, which I much appreciated. Con: I have a sweet tooth and thought that the frosting was a bit too sweet.

The decorations, flavors, and texture of the flower bouquet Cupcakes were absolutely outstanding. Can't wait to try the other flavors.

I ordered a half sheet cake and a 6 inch round cake for my daughter’s first birthday party. I provided inspiration photos and color schemes for both cakes, and was blown away by what they made. The round cake was a lambeth cake which had the most beautiful, intricate details. The half sheet cake went with our 1920’s style theme. Both cakes were absolutely beautiful, and delicious! My guests were blown away by the decoration and the taste of the cakes. Thank you so much! I will absolutely be ordering more desserts in the future!
