This class was fun and informative! I have never made my own bread and now have the ability to do so. And if it doesn’t work out, I’ll just order! The C breads and English muffins are delish!

I was readily impressed at the organized and friendly atmosphere of this class. Bonnie explains in detail and gives you hands on experience for each step in the dough process. Fun experience that I would recommend to anyone starting out in their sourdough baking.

Bonnie is such a generous person who bakes the softest sourdough I have ever had. She is very organized and easy to order from. Her cranberry walnut bread is my favorite along with her amazing pop tarts (warmed up) are to die for! I highly recommend her products, I can not wait to try more varieties!

Everything is always consistently delicious and fresh. The sourdough is soft and holds together nicely. I purchased the original and garlic cheddar. There is the perfect amount of garlic and cheddar in every bite without taking away from the bread.
