This will help you choose the option that best fits your needs. Please ensure your order is submitted under the correct category, as incorrect submissions will need to be resubmitted.

Please note: Due to high temperatures in our area, chocolate drip designs are not offered, as they are prone to melting.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the appearance of your cake upon pickup, I am happy to offer a remake with a notice of approximately 6–12 hours. If time does not allow for a remake, a 50% discount will be applied instead.

Refunds are not offered based on flavor preferences.

All deposits are non-refundable unless the order is canceled by me. To ensure flexibility, deposits should not be submitted until one week prior to your scheduled order date.
