Pick Up, Delivery, Porch Pop Ups
-We are a home-based bakery (not a storefront)
-Porch pickup is standard.
Cakes are typically delivery only unless arranged otherwise
-Time and Date are determined during ordering with address given during ordering
-Porch Pop Ups occasionally happen for breads and holiday items
Allergens & Dietary Options
-We are ServSafe certified as food handlers and understand cross contamination. The Owner has food allergies herself. The kitchen is not a certified allergen-free kitchen.
-Common allergens present:
Dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts
-Sugar cookies:
Typically almond-vanilla flavored.
Can be made without almond extract if requested
-You can accommodate:

Lead Times and Availability
- We only work with small batch orders, so orders are individually baked, and not in bulk
- We accepts a limited number of custom orders each week to ensure quality and attention to detail.
Booking early is highly recommended
- We have an availability calendar for custom orders
- Recommended to book in advance:
*Cakes- 3 weeks in advance
*Custom cookies-4 weeks in advance
* Drop cookies- 3 days in advance
*Breads- 5 days in advance, or pop- ups
*Short notice orders may be accepted based on availability and are subject to a rush fee
Payments
-Full payment is required to secure all custom orders
-Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received
-Invoices are sent through your order platform (Bakesy)
-Payment Methods
*Venmo is the preferred method of payment for all orders.
*Cash may be accepted for porch pickups with exact change only, as this is a home-based bakery and change may not be available.
-Payment is due upon receipt of invoice
-Dates are not held without payment
-All sales are final once payment is made
-Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not offered
-Minor changes may be accommodated with advance notice
-Changes are not guaranteed once production has begun
-Rush orders may be accepted based on availability
Baked Good Care Guide
-Decorated Sugar Cookies (Royal Icing):
*Do not refrigerate (this can cause colors to bleed and condensation)
*Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place
*Cookies may be frozen for longer storage
*Freeze in an airtight container
*Bring to room temperature before opening packaging to prevent condensation
-Cakes
*Keep refrigerated until ready to serve
*Remove from the refrigerator 1–2 hours before serving for best flavor and texture
*Store in a cool environment and avoid direct sunlight or heat
*Cakes are delicate and should be kept on a flat surface during transport
-Cookies & Treats
*Store in an airtight container at room temperature
*Best enjoyed within 3-5 days
*For longer storage, items may be frozen
-Cake Pops
*Store at cool room temperature or refrigerated if needed
*Keep away from heat and direct sunlight (chocolate coating may melt)
*If refrigerated, allow to come to room temperature before serving
*Best enjoyed within 3-5 days
*May be frozen for longer storage
*Thaw at room temperature before unwrapping to prevent condensation
