While macarons are traditionally considered gluten free due to the use of almond flour, I am not a gluten free kitchen/facility and cannot guarantee zero cross contamination of allergens.
Do you change your flavor offerings?
Yes! My seasonal flavors will change about every 3 months. I will always offer my basic flavors year round: Chocolate Ganache, White Chocolate Ganache, Vanilla Buttercream and Salted Caramel.
What is the best way to store macarons?
Macarons should be stored in the refrigerator (2-4 days) or freezer (1-2 months) Take them out to room temperature an hour before serving for best flavor and texture.
Do you deliver?
Currently all orders must be picked up at my location to ensure freshness and proper storage prior to pickup. Due to my MN cottage food producer license I am unable to ship.
Can you customize colors and designs?
Yes! If you have a specific color scheme or design, please make note in your order details and I will reach back out with confirmation or request additional information. Please note more intricate designs or decor may incur additional cost.

For dye free macarons, I use sprinkles with the following ingredients: Sugar, Corn starch, Colored with vegetable juices, Spirulina, Riboflavin, Turmeric and Beta carotene, Carnauba wax.
Do you offer custom packaging?
All of my macaron orders will be packaged in specialty macaron packaging, fit for gift giving! If you are looking for your macarons to be packaged into favor-sized boxes or other custom sizes, please reach out. I will require a longer lead time for custom packaging requests.
