Hi! I’m Ashley, owner of L’Étoile du Nord French Macarons. I first fell in love with this beautiful French confection on my first trip to Paris. Since then, I’ve worked to perfect the art of the French Macaron and share it with my friends and family in Minnesota.

My offerings change about every three months based on season. I will always offer a variety of classic flavors year round in addition to my seasonal ones. Custom color and flavor variations are available and pricing varies on design and flavor complexity. I use only the highest quality ingredients for my macarons.
