What is pricing based off of?
Pricing is based off the amount of detail and customization a set requires. Sets with lettering, characters, florals, etc require more time in which the coat will reflect. If you’re ordering more than a dozen you can choose from 2 different tiers to mix and match (ex: ordering 2 dozen; 1 dozen Basic set & 1 Classic set) If this is something you’re interested in please let me know when ordering so I can price accordingly.
Are your cookies allergy free?
Cookies are made in a kitchen that is not entirely allergy free. If you have any allergies please let me know so I can confirm or not whether I can fulfill your order. There are options for cookies to be made gluten free and without almond flavoring.
What are my pick up or delivery options?
I currently am doing contactless porch pick up at my house. Once order is confirmed a date and time is arranged to make sure your cookies are out and ready for you to receive. I am able to deliver locally to Treasure Valley locations and there is a fee of $15.
Do my cookies come individually packaged?
All cookie are individually packaged and heat sealed to assure freshness. This helps cookies hold freshness for up to 2 weeks. If you would like cookies packaged with bows/ ribbon there is an option to add that on.
Do you ship?
Currently I am an unable to ship cookies.
Are there fees for late ording or cancellations?
Any late orders made after 2 weeks will have a $10 late order fee added to your order and any orders canceled within 2 weeks of pick up date will be credited towards future order with no refund.
