Hi, I’m Katie!
Welcome to Let It Roll Cookie Co. I’m so glad you’re here!
I’m a stay at home mama to two energetic boys and the baker, decorator, and creative behind every cookie that leaves my kitchen. I’ve been creating custom decorated sugar cookies for over 7 years, and I truly love bringing your celebrations to life—whether it’s a birthday, baby shower, wedding, holiday, or “just because.”
When I’m not covered in royal icing, you’ll usually find me cooking, watching classic films on TCM, catching up on Bravo, cheering on my favorite sports teams, or shopping for fun vintage-inspired outfits and home décor.
Every order is handcrafted from scratch with attention to detail, and I feel incredibly grateful to be a small part of your biggest milestones and sweetest memories.

Capabilities & Pricing
Classic Tier (most popular): $60/ a dozen
•3 colors, 3-4 shapes/designs, mixture of detailed and simple designs, minimal font work.
• Deluxe Tier: $75/ a dozen •
5+ colors, 6+ designs, very detailed designs (Characters, Logos, Florals, lots of font work)

• 2 dozen minimum for every order. You can still mix and match tiers
Cookie Details:
• Standard cookies all sized between 3.5-4”
• Flavor is signature vanilla with almond cookie with a vanilla royal icing unless otherwise specified
• All individually wrapped & sealed
• Add ons options •

Policies
Design
I love bringing your ideas to life! I’ll always do my best to create a design that fits the vision and feel of your event, while allowing creative freedom throughout the design process. Inspiration photos are always welcome and helpful! However, they will be used as inspiration rather than copied exactly. I won’t recreate another artist’s work, but I’m happy to use your inspiration to create something unique to your event.
Payment & Cancellations
• Final payment due 2 weeks before pickup • No cancellations or design changes within 7 days of order pickup • Cancellations more than 2 weeks from pickup date will receive 50% refund (minus specialty cutters purchased for the order) • No refunds for cancellations less than 2 weeks from pickup date. Customer will instead receive credit towards a future order (to be used within 6 months) • Due to the nature of this product, there are no refunds or returns once product is made
Pick Up & Delivery
• All pick ups are porch pick up only at my home in Nampa, Idaho. • Delivery to surrounding areas (Nampa, Caldwell, Meridian, Boise, and Kuna) is an option for a fee. •No Shipping at this time.
Allergies & Cottage Law
• I follow Idaho bakery cottage laws • All cookies are homemade and created in my kitchen at home. • Cookies are made in an environment that is not NUT FREE, SOY FREE, GLUTEN FREE. There is always possibility for cross contamination.
