🍪 What kind of ingredients do you use? At Leesie’s Kitchen, we use grass-fed butter, unbleached flour, and no artificial food coloring in our cookie dough — with the only exception being the food dyes found in M&M candies. --- 📏 How big are the cookies? Each cookie is approximately 2.70 - 2.85 oz — soft/ chewy in the center, crisp on the edges, and perfectly thick (without being biscuit-like or overdone). --- Q: What are your order sizes? We have the perfect sizes for every craving: 2-cookie pack – Just enough for a little treat (or to test out a new flavor!) Half-dozen (6 cookies) – Great for sharing… or not 😉 Tip: Want a dozen (12 cookies)? Simply add two half-dozen to your cart. --- 🍫 Do you offer anything besides cookies? Yes! Pickup: Pickup is in Essex, Maryland Exact address is shared when order is ready and full payment is received. Please wait for a confirmation message before arriving. Delivery: Available in Essex, Middle River and Rosedale MD Only! Just select Shipping option and state that you want delivery in the notes. Contact us prior to ordering to confirm availability for a specific date. --- ⏳ How much notice is required for large orders? For orders of 2 dozen or more, we require a minimum 7 day notice. --- 🕒 When should I place my order? Please allow at least 5 days between placing your order and your preferred pickup time. All orders must be paid in full before they are confirmed. If you miss your scheduled pickup time, you must reschedule within 24 hours. Orders not picked up or rescheduled within that time will be discarded with no refunds or credits. --- 🚫 What is your refund policy? All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for missed pickups or cancellations. --- 💳 How do I pay? We accept secure online payments by credit or debit card directly through our website at checkout.
