How much is my deposit?
Deposits for orders over $30 are 50% of the total and must be paid within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders without a paid deposit will be canceled.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable once paid.
Do we offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Do we offer delivery?
At this time, we do not offer delivery. All orders are pickup only.
Do we offer shipping for our treats?
We are located in Jacksonville, Florida and currently do not offer shipping.
Need to change your pickup date?
Just let us know at least 5 days before your pickup date. After that, we’re unable to accommodate last-minute changes.
Can I receive my order the same day I place it?
Pre-orders only: standard orders require 2 days’ notice, large orders 2 weeks. Orders placed 1 day in advance will incur an extra fee.
What is the minimum order for cups?
All cup items have a minimum order of 2 cups.
