Policies
Retainer Fee 💲
🩷NO RETAINER FEE = NO ORDER 🩷ALL ORDERS OVER $30 REQUIRE A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER FEE, WHICH WILL GO TOWARDS YOUR ORDER. THE REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE DUE IN CASH ONLY WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR ORDER. 🩷ALL ORDERS UNDER $30 ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL. 🩷RETAINER FEE SHOULD BE SENT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ORDERING OR YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED. 🩷PAYMENT METHODS FOR YOUR RETAINER FEE ARE CASH & CASHAPP.
Rush Order Fees 💲
🩷PRE-ORDERS ONLY. 🩷PLEASE PLACE YOUR ORDER 2-5 DAYS IN ADVANCE. 🩷IF YOUR ORDER IS PLACED ONLY 1 DAY IN ADVANCE, AN ADDITIONAL $10 FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR ORDER. 🩷IF YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER 1 DAY IN ADVANCE, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IT IS NOT A 100% GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST. 🩷FOR LARGER ORDERS, PLEASE PLACE YOUR ORDERS 2-3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE. 🩷IF YOUR ORDER IS PLACED ONLY 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE, AN ADDITIONAL $20 FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR ORDER.
Picking Up 🚘
🩷PICKUP ONLY. 🩷THE PICKUP ADDRESS ALONG WITH INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE ATTACHED TO THE INVOICE I SEND YOU UPON REQUEST OF YOUR ORDER. 🩷THE REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE DUE IN CASH ONLY WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR ORDER. 🩷 IF YOU DO NOT HAVE CASH AT THE TIME OF PICKUP , THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA $3 CONVENIENCE FEE FOR PAYING WITH CASH APP.
Late Fees⏰💲
🩷THERE IS A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. 🩷AFTER, THERE WILL BE A $5 FEE FOR EVERY 5 MINUTES YOU ARE LATE. 🩷AFTER 45 MINUTES, IF YOU HAVE NOT COMMUNICATED VIA INSTAGRAM (@KOVEREDTREATS), EMAIL (KOVEREDTREATS@GMAIL.COM), OR BY PHONE(OUR PHONE NUMBER WILL BE IN YOUR INVOICE), YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. 🩷IF YOU ARE RUNNING BEHIND PLEASE MAKE US AWARE.
After Pickup Recommendations
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PICKED UP. SO, HERE’S WHAT I RECOMMEND YOU DO TO MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER GETS TO ITS DESTINATION SAFELY ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED IT! 😊 🩷KEEP IT OUT OF DIRECT SUNLIGHT TO AVOID CHOCOLATE MELTING. 🩷PLEASE HANDLE WITH CARE WHILE DRIVING! BEST IF PLACED ON CAR FLOOR. 🩷PLACE CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRIES IN THE REFRIGERATOR ONCE YOU GET TO YOUR DESTINATION. 🩷KEEP IN MIND THE STRAWBERRIES WILL RELEASE WATER AND SWEAT, BUT IT WILL NOT AFFECT THE FLAVOR OR DESIGN OF THE STRAWBERRIES. 🩷STRAWBERRIES ARE BEST ENJOYED ON THE SAME DAY THEY WERE PREPARED , OR UP TO AT-LEAST 24 HOURS AFTER PREPARATION . 🩷DO NOT PLACE TREATS IN FREEZER OR THEY WILL BECOME SOGGY.
