How far in advance should I place my order?
Advance notice is recommended, especially for specialty cakes and larger orders. Availability is limited and dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis once a deposit is received.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your order date. Deposits are due within 48 hours of invoicing and are non-refundable. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due prior to pickup or delivery.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, local pickup and local delivery are available. Delivery fees may apply and vary by location.
Do you offer single items?
Single items are available only when baked as part of a dozen or during limited availability bakes.
Are your items made from scratch?
Yes. All items are made fresh to order from my home kitchen using quality ingredients and no shortcuts.
