1. Where are you located? I am a home-based cottage bakery in Tuskegee, Alabama. Exact pickup details are shared after your order is confirmed. 2. What do you bake? I specialize in from-scratch pound cakes, custom buttercream cakes, cupcakes, and cookies, plus seasonal snacks during spring and summer. 3. How far in advance should I order? Please place custom orders at least 2 weeks in advance. Orders requested with less than 7 days’ notice are subject to a rush fee of $50 4. Do you require a deposit? Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Your order is not booked on my calendar until the deposit is paid. 5. When is the remaining balance due? Final payment is due one week before pickup or delivery, unless otherwise stated on your invoice. 6. Do you offer delivery? Yes. Pickup in Tuskegee is free. Delivery to surrounding areas is available for an additional fee based on distance and location. 7. What cake sizes and servings do you offer? I offer 4" 6" 8" 10" and 12"round cakes in 2- or 3-layer options, heart and star cakes, sheet cakes, and pound cakes. Serving estimates and starting prices are listed on my menu. 8. What flavors do you offer? Cake flavors include Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Keylime, Cookies & Cream, Funfetti/Birthday Cake, Biscoff Butter, Red Velvet, German Chocolate, Banana Pudding, Peach Cobbler, Pineapple Upside Down, Butter Pecan Praline, Lemon, Sweet Potato, Sour Cream, Kentucky Butter, and 7 Up. If you don’t see your favorite flavor listed, mention it in your inquiry—I may be able to create it for you. 9. Do you make everything from scratch? Yes. All cakes, pound cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and frostings are made from scratch—no box mixes. 10. Do you work with allergies? My kitchen is not allergy-free. While I do my best to avoid cross-contact when requested, my products may contain or come in contact with common allergens such as wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. I am not able to guarantee allergen-free items. 11. How do I place an order? Click “Request Order” on my Bakesy shop, fill out the form with your event date, servings, flavors, and design inspiration, and I’ll respond with availability and a quote. 12. What is your cancellation policy? Because your date and design are reserved just for you, deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss options.
