I’ve always believed that baking is an art form, but one that deserves a little more edge than what you usually find.
That’s why I started Kaelyn’s Kookies. From my cottage kitchen right here in Tigard, OR, I’m hand-crafting treats that bridge the gap between a darker, moodier soul and those deep, sweet cravings we all have. Honestly, I’m just here to make sinful taste sweet.
These aren't your typical, bake-sale cookies. I love playing with flavors that have a bit of personality—like the deep, nutty warmth of browned butter, or my salted caramel brownie cookies that are basically a chocolate lover's fever dream. If you want something a bit brighter, I do a cranberry orange oatmeal that’s zesty and sharp, and of course, I have a chocolate chunk that is anything but basic.
The most important thing to me, though, is that everyone gets a seat at the table. I hate the idea of anyone missing out on dessert, so every single cookie I make can be done gluten-free. You get the same soft, decadent texture and rich flavor, no matter your dietary needs.
I’m just here to prove that you can embrace your "darker side" and enjoy every bite of it, too. 😈
