English muffins leavened with our sourdough starter, gently fermented for 12 hours for flavour. Our english muffins are flavoured with a small portion of spelt flour and honey. Combined with slow fermentation the process and ingredients yield a mild but satisfying flavour and texture to start your morning. They’re great untoasted or toasted with your favourite spread. They also make an excellent breakfast sandwich or base for Eggs Benedict.
