Booking Policy: Please Read Before Ordering

To ensure the best quality, please review my terms before booking. By paying your deposit, you agree to these policies.

‼️ NO DEPOSIT = NO ORDER ‼️

💰 Payments & Deadlines

• Timeline: Place orders at least 7 days in advance.

• Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit due within 48 hours of invoice or order is canceled.

• Balance: Remaining balance (including design/packaging fees) is due 1 day before pickup/delivery.

• Rush Fees: Full payment due immediately upon acceptance. $20 for treats under 3 days; $30 for cakes/cupcakes under 5 days.

🎂 Design & Flavors

• Creative Freedom: Designs are uniquely interpreted and will not be 100% identical to inspiration photos.

• Menu Limits: Exceeding stated flavor limits or choosing unlisted menu items will incur extra charges.

🚗 Pickup, Delivery & Fees

• Details: Pickup location sent 24–48 hours prior. Schedule changes require 24–48 hours notice.

• Delivery: $10 fee up to a 15-mile radius.

• Late Pickup: 15-minute grace period. After that, a $15 late fee applies (reschedule may be required). Missing your day incurs a $25 next-day fee. Unclaimed orders after 24 hours are forfeited with no refund.

• Late Delivery: 10-minute grace period. If missed, items return to me. You must pay a $15 late pickup fee or a second delivery fee to retrieve them.

⚠️ Liability & Allergens

• Allergens: Products may contain milk, eggs, or other allergens from boxed ingredients. State all allergies when ordering.

• Damages: Once orders leave my possession, J’s SweetTooth is not liable for any damages.
