Jenalise was amazing to work with for a Gluten Free 21st birthday cake for my daughter! We decided together the flavors and how it would look. We went with Strawberry Shortcake, my daughter and her friends loved it! My daughter has Celiac and it was such a comfort to know she could enjoy her cake with no concern whatsoever!! This review is long overdue but so well deserved. We ordered a custom gluten free birthday cake and cupcakes, and everything was beyond beautiful. Not only were the designs stunning and thoughtfully made with natural dyes and natural sugars, but the taste and texture were just as impressive. Moist, flavorful, and baked to perfection. Every guest raved about them. One of the things we appreciated most is that she runs a 100 percent gluten free kitchen, so there were zero concerns about cross contamination. As a gluten free family, that kind of peace of mind means everything. If you’re looking for a gluten free baker who truly delivers on both health and indulgence, look no further. Her prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality and care she puts into every detail. You can find her at the Wolf Ranch Farmers Market on Saturdays with samples that speak for themselves. Highly recommend her to anyone who wants their treats to be as gorgeous as they are delicious.

If I could leave 10 stars I would! Her stuff is so good in general and I’ll definitely be buying again! She’s super sweet and I can tell she makes these goodies with care! Everything is great quality and I’ve been looking for some really good bakery items for my sister for awhile! I truly think this is the place for me. I’ll definitely be buying again, thank you for such great treats!
