The Who, What, Where, When, & Why
Hi guys! First of all thank you for your interest in purchasing my goodies! To help make the process as seamless as possible and to help keep everyone on the same page, here are some policies to go over. **FREE QUOTE** I’d love to get you a free quote. Just be sure to answer all the questions on this form, and I’ll get back to you as quickly as I can! **IN A HURRY?** While I can’t always accommodate last-minute orders, I will make the best effort to! Last minute orders placed with a turnaround time of less than 2 weeks will require a rush fee. **INSPIRATION PICS**Thanks a bunch for bringing those inspiration pictures! They are really helpful in creating your own perfect sweets! Your baked goods may not be a perfect replica, but I’ll do my absolute best to create a similar yet unique creation for you. **DEPOSIT DUE** Once you accept the quoted price for your order, your deposit is required to so that I can source supplies and ingredients! Your payment also reserves your pick-up date! You are not on the calendar unless you've paid your deposit. The balance is required to be paid at pick-up. **PICK-UP DATES/TIMES**All orders are to be picked up at an agreed upon time and place. Pick-up is at my home or otherwise arranged and will be set at the time the order is accepted, so be sure to put that pick-up date in your calendar. (P.S. I can deliver for a fee, too!) **NO SHOW = NO GOODS** No 👻ing! Baked goods are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed upon pick-up date/time forfeits your order. **CHANGES** Any change requests can be made up until 2 weeks prior to pick-up, and I’ll will do my best to accommodate them! Depending on the reason for change, an additional fee may apply. **NOT HAPPY?** If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let me know right away so I can make it right! I do not want to disappoint!
