✨ ORDERS✨ 🩷ONLY cake/cupcake orders I will accept Monday-Friday are simple buttercream designs. It is up to my discretion whether I accept the order or not. 🚫NO FONDANT🚫 ✨ PAYMENT POLICY✨ 🩷All custom orders must be placed a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. 🔒To lock in your cake order, I ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit. Remaining balance is due 2 days before pick up/event date. 🩷Orders under $75 must be paid in full. ⛔️Payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable⛔️ ⚠️ No deposit, No order⚠️ 🩷Custom orders placed less than 2 weeks in advanced are subject to a rush fee of $25. 🩷Custom orders placed less than 1 week in advanced are subject to a rush fee of $35 🩷Next day orders are subject to a rush fee of $45. 🚫NO FONDANT ORDERS🚫 ⛔️If final payment is not received by the due date, then you will have 24 hours to submit the remaining balance plus a 10% late fee. ⛔️If the remaining balance and 10% late fee are not paid within that time frame, your order will be cancelled and you forfeit any payments submitted. ✨ CANCELLATION POLICY✨ ❣️Please contact me ASAP for any cancellations. ⚠️I am NOT required to refund any payment charged for any order⚠️ ❣️I understand emergencies happen. In the event that your order is cancelled due your event being postponed or rescheduled, a credit can be issued for a future order. MUST BE USED WITHIN 30 DAYS, OTHERWISE CREDIT WILL BE LOST. ✅ You acknowledge that I have the right to cancel any order in the event of an illness or family emergency. Client will be notified and informed of the same, as soon as possible. In addition to that, the client will receive a full refund ONLY in such circumstances. ✨ PICK UP/DELIVERY POLICY✨ 🩷 All cake orders must be picked up by the client or a designated person. 🩷Orders placed for pickup Monday-Friday can ONLY be picked between 6pm-8pm. 🩷Delivery is only offered for orders over $300 and a delivery fee will apply. 🩷If the client sends a designated person to pick up their order, that person assumes responsibility to ensure the order is correct as ordered. 🩷 The client/designated person assumes all liability and responsibility for the condition of the order once it is picked up and has left my home. 🩷 If the cake is not picked-up within 30 minutes of the scheduled pick up time, you will not be able to pick up your cake without a $10 late fee paid first or until the following business day if I am unavailable past the agreed upon time. ❣️$10 late fee still applies for next business day pick up orders. 🚫 Orders not claimed within 24 hours of the original pick up date will be considered abandoned and NO refunds will be issued. ✨ ALLERGY POLICY✨ ❣️Please let me know of any allergies/substitutions before placing your order. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee an allergen free environment as there are nuts and other allergens in my home. ✨LOCATION ✨ 📍 Pick-up location will be sent via text or email once balance is paid in full 1 week prior to pick up date.
