You can add customization requests through our order form on our website. There will be a section to upload inspiration photos and to type specific details or for you to ask us questions. If you have questions in that section, we will respond to you via email.

Yes, we can fill your cupcakes for an additional cost depending on the filling. You can communicate this to us in the website form’s section where you type additional details about your order. We will reach out to you via the email address you provide regarding the added cost.

We can deliver locally within 10km for a flat fee of $5.00. Any delivery outside of that distance range is +$1.00 per km to destination.

As this will vary per product, our boxes come with a sticker stating the shelf life of your order. Some products are best refrigerated while others shouldn’t be. Typically, our buttercream cupcakes and buttercream cookies last 1-2 days in room temperature and up to 5 days in the fridge. Cream Chantilly cupcakes last half a day in room temperature and up to 4 days in the fridge. Our monthly specials’ shelf life will vary.

Our custom cakes and cupcakes can be made to suit dietary preferences such as Gluten-Free, Dairy Free and Egg Free, at an additional cost. However, I do not operate out of a dietary-free kitchen and there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Our buttercream cookies and monthly specials do not cater to special dietary needs.

Our specialty is Buttercream and Creme Chantilly. While fondant accents may be added for decoration, we do not offer fully covered fondant cakes. You may submit inspiration photos of a fondant cake and its design is what we can take but buttercream will not be able to have the same look as fondant.
