We will do our best to create your order as per your selections, additional notes, and inspiration photos but if your request is beyond our capabilities we will contact you as soon as possible. Photos you upload will be used for inspiration, not guaranteed exact replication. - Last day for smaller orders of cupcakes and cookies must be placed by the Wednesday evening before the pickup weekend. - On the order form, the pickup window and order due date must be the same day. - For orders of 36 or more items, please order at least one week in advance. - All orders over $50.00 are considered large and are subject to the following: • All large orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit that must be paid 7 days before the pickup day. • All large orders that are less than 7 days notice are subject to a $20.00 RUSH FEE that must be paid within 12 hours of ordering or face cancellation. - We will only make the order if it is confirmed and paid in full by the customer. - Full payments are due by the Thursday prior to pickup date. - All existing orders that require adjustments are subject to a $20.00 SUDDEN CHANGE FEE under the following conditions: • For smaller or regular orders, change request within 2 days before pickup date • For large orders, change request within 5 days before pickup date - Large cakes have additional policies which are stated on the description of the product. - Once your order is already made and ready for pick up, it cannot be remade and rescheduled for another week. - Pick up window is only available on Fridays from 5PM-7PM and Saturday/Sundays from 10AM-12PM. - Orders can only be picked up during the scheduled pick up window. - Late arrival requires advanced notice for possibility to reschedule for next day pickup. - Cancellations require 24 hours in advance to receive refund. - For any questions or order specifications, please email fromflourtoflowerbakery@gmail.com
