Our family loves the sour dough bread. It makes amazing sandwiches, toasts, and grilled cheese. We are fortunate to have this amazing micro bakery in our community.

I ordered the vanilla bean cupcakes with strawberry frosting for a baby girl shower. Meredith added dye free sprinkles. I meant to take a picture, but when people saw the cupcakes they were quickly grabbed up! Absolutely delicious! Baked to perfection and the frosting- yummy!! Thank you for helping make the shower so much fun! Everyone raved about how tasty they were!

I have been a customer since Fourwinds Micro Bakery started and everything I have ordered has always been delicious! Meredith has been blessed with a beautiful gift of baking! Having a sweet tooth, it’s nice to know that when eating Meredith’s treats, they are made with high quality ingredients. Meredith uses mostly organic, locally sourced and high quality whole food ingredients. All of Meredith’s cakes and cupcakes are exquisite! Meredith’s cookies and brownies make my mouth water, in excitement before that first bite! And her sweet breads and muffins are healthy, in the most delicious way! And the sourdough that Nik makes is alway a favorite staple to have weekly! Definitely indulge when ordering, you won’t regret it!
