Yes! We have a cottage bakery license registered with the Winnebago County Health Department.
Do you make gluten-free items?
Some items on our menu can be made GF, but since we are not a fully GF kitchen, we can’t guarantee any microscopic cross-contamination. This usually isn’t a concern for mild to moderate gluten sensitivities, but not recommended for severe celiac.
What does a “mostly organic” home bakery mean?
We use locally sourced & organic ingredients whenever possible. The only time we don’t, is if it’s unavailable or the organic version of an ingredient doesn’t work in a particular recipe.
Are you a peanut-free kitchen?
Yes! Peanuts are never used in our kitchen. We have severe food allergies in our family, so I know well how to navigate around food allergies.
