I don't usually leave reviews, but this S'mores Cookie from Flour & Water Bakery deserves one. I honestly wasn't expecting to love it as much as I did. It has the perfect texture—slightly crisp around the edges and super soft in the middle. The marshmallow is perfectly toasted and gooey, the chocolate is rich without being overwhelming, and the graham cracker flavor really gives you that classic s'mores taste. What I loved most is that it doesn't taste overly sweet or artificial. Everything tastes fresh and homemade, and the flavors are really balanced. It brought back those campfire s'mores memories but somehow made them even better. I finished it way faster than I meant to, and I'm already looking forward to getting another one. If you're trying to decide which cookie to get, I'd definitely recommend the S'mores Cookie. It's easily one of the best cookies I've had.
