Terms and Conditions Don't worry, it's nothing scary! Our terms and conditions are listed below, and you'll sign off on them when you place an order. These are so we can have complete transparency between us. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions! Retainer Fee A 50% Non-Refundable and non-transferrable Retainer Fee is due for orders over $100 at the time of order placement in order to reserve your order and date. Until this is paid, the date is not reserved and may fill up. This fee goes toward the total cost, and the remaining half is due 1 week prior to pick up. Orders under $100 must be paid in full before the order and date is reserved. No Shows No show = no goodies! Our sweets are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed upon pickup time forfeits your order. But take heart - we'll donate to a family in need. Need to reschedule your order? Please reach out a week prior to your pickup time. If we can accommodate the change we will, but there is a possibility that we will not be able to arrange a last minute time change. Please note that date changes are NOT permitted. Refunds We can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment is accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, we cannot offer refunds as the supplies are likely already ordered. You can choose to either not pay the remaining 50%, or continue with your order! Pick Ups and Deliveries All orders are to be picked up on the date decided unless agreed upon otherwise. If you decide to place a delivery order, and it is available in your area on your date, a small fee will be added based on mileage and date. The pick up address is included on the invoice, but if you lose it, don't worry! We're only a message or email away. Changes Decisions are tough- don't worry! Any changes made to your order must be done at least two weeks before your reserved date. Anything after that will be under consideration and a fee may apply. Inspiration Thanks tons for bringing those inspo pictures! They're just that - inspiring. But your desserts may not be perfect replicas - we'll try to keep it close. By placing an order with us (thanks!) you do agree to give us creative freedom - but of course we'll do right by ya! Price Adjustments All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredient costs. I'm always trying to provide the best tasting desserts to my clients. This also means I can't honor old pricing (because the local grocery store won't honor their old flour prices - darn it). Cottage Food Laws We bake in a home kitchen not inspected by the health department. Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, gluten free. Boring disclaimer, but we have to say it per the law. Product Photography We love to showcase our creations on our social media! If you don't want your dessert in the spotlight, please let us know when you're ordering! Colors Pictures are worth a thousand words. But they're not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you end up with After Pickup It's All Yours Now. Once you pickup your order (thanks again, by the way), what happens to your cakes, cookies, and car doors (I hate door dings) is all on you! Keep 'em safe, keep 'em cool, and keep 'em away from the parking lot cart returns. Ghosts (and communication) No Ghosts (I'm easily spooked). 👻 To get your order juuust right, I'll need you to reply to my messages within 48 hours - otherwise, I may just have to wing it. Questions for me? Please give me about 48 hours to reply - I'm usually covered in icing! Allergies Achoo! Allergies? Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While I can do my best to accommodate, I can't always accommodate allergy-conscious orders. Please do reach out - I may have a perfect referral for ya! Liability While death will never do us part, you're consuming food and with the consumption of anything there are inherent risks. Choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactions are possibilities - albeit, hopefully far reaching.
