Because Flour & Lace loaves are made with simple, real ingredients and no preservatives, they’re best enjoyed within 3–5 days.
🌿 Room Temperature:
Keep your loaf at room temp, wrapped in a clean tea towel or stored cut-side down on a cutting board. This helps maintain that crisp crust and soft interior. A paper bag is better than a plastic one if you prefer a bag - it lets the loaf continue to breathe without trapping moisture!
🧊 Avoid the Fridge:
Refrigeration can actually dry your bread out faster and shorten its life. If you won’t finish it within a few days, freezing is best!
❄️ Freezing:
Slice before freezing for easy single-serve toasting. Just pop slices in the toaster or oven when you’re ready to enjoy.
✨ Pro tip: A quick warm-up in the oven (350 °F for 5–10 minutes) brings your loaf back to life beautifully.
