Do you offer delivery services?
At this moment we do not.
We hope to offer local delivery services soon as well as implement nationwide shipping.
Do you make vegan/gluten/allergy-free products?
We are not a vegan/gluten free bakery. But we do accommodate to our customers requests, as long as it is doable on our end. Let us know about your sensitivities, allergies and/or preferences when ordering and we will let you know if your order can be adjusted. If so, we will substitute ingredients in our recipes to keep you happy and well.
Do you make any sugar free products?
We can substitute with Monkfruit sugar for an additional charge, on some to most products. This is contingent on the order type.
Are any of your products dairy free?
No. All of our products contain eggs, butter and milk.
Do you have any nutritional information available?
We do not calculate nutritional information. But are happy to provide you a list of ingredients at your request.
How much does a custom cake cost?
Please note that prices for our custom cakes are determined based on various factors, including the size, height, amount of buttercream required, colors, cake flavors, fillings (if any), type and quantity of decorations, handmade decorative pieces, use of fondant, and choice of topper (if applicable). Due to the unique nature of each custom cake, we kindly request that you contact us for a personalized quote. We will provide you with our base prices, and any additional elements or modifications will be reflected in the final pricing. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to assisting you with your custom cake needs.
I'd like to match a specific color to my cake-- can you ensure I will get exactly what I want?
We cannot guarantee an exact match of color, but to get the closest shade or in some instances identical color matched we would suggest bringing us a swatch or physical sample of the color you are seeking. Pictures do not always portray colors accurately and what may seem like the perfect hue of blush on your screen may be a baby pink on ours. Word identification isn't always best, either. There are many shades of blue, for example.
Do you offer fondant covered cakes?
No. We take pride in obtaining a smooth looking surface with our buttercream, without the need of fondant. We use fondant for cake decorations, such as butterflies, hearts, etc.
Do you offer custom cake toppers?
Yes, we do charge an additional fee for certain requests, and the price is determined based on your specific preferences and requirements.
Do you offer edible image scans/pictures on cakes?
Yes.
How do I handle my order?
When you pick-up your cake, please be sure to hold the box from the bottom – not the sides. You do not want to risk ruining the sides of the cake much less having the cake fall from under. We do provide a CCG (cake care guide) to all our customers when applicable to ensure cake safety and preservation.
I'm traveling a long distance with my cake -- How can I make sure it arrives safely?
We recommend that your cake be placed on a flat, level surface such as the floor, trunk or back of an SUV. Bringing along something that can keep your box from sliding during transport is helpful. Blankets, towels or other items tucked next to the cake box can keep it in place. If you have to place your cake on a seat, make sure you can keep the cake level by tucking blankets or coats under the box so it does not lean. In warmer months, make sure your vehicle is cool/air-conditioned. Frosting, fillings, or fondant decorations can become soft and unstable when exposed to heat and humidity.
I'm not serving my cake right away -- Where should I store it?
Somewhere cool. If you will not be serving your cake within an hour of picking it up, please keep it refrigerated. Please keep in mind, repeatedly moving a cake from cool to warm temperatures could result in decorations becoming soft or unstable and fillings to become soft, which can create leaning or sliding of cake layers/tiers, condensation on the frosting, colors bleeding, etc.
How long can I keep leftovers from spoiling?
We suggest storing any leftover cake in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
How do I store my Coquito?
Keep your coquito refrigerated until it is time to serve. Once open, return back to the refrigerator and consume within 7 days.
My Coquito is thick and won't come out of the bottle-- Why?
Once refrigerated the contents will solidify, to ensure proper serving please leave on the countertop to defrost for 15 minutes. To speed up the process you can run the bottle under warm water until liquified again.
How long will my Coquito last?
Unopened bottles will last 2 weeks refrigerated. If frozen a Coquito will last 3 months.
Why is my coquito separated?
Due to alcohol content, which is less dense than the other ingredients also used in Coquito, it will rise to the top of the bottle, to rectify this situation please shake well after thawing.
