Hi, my name is Shannon! I’m a homeschooling mom and a sourdough enthusiast with a passion for nourishing families through wholesome, homemade food.
My love for baking began with my own children—I wanted them to enjoy healthy, organic foods made with ingredients I could trust. What started in my home kitchen soon grew into sharing bread with friends, and eventually led me to join a local farmers market last year. Along the way, I discovered how much I truly love helping others learn to bake delicious sourdough for the people they love.
In my sourdough classes, you’ll learn:
The history and health benefits of sourdough. How to maintain a strong, healthy starter. Stretching and folding techniques for great structure. Practical tips to help you bake confidently at home.
We’ll enjoy fresh bread together and plenty of laughter along the way!
Each student will leave with their own sourdough starter and all the information needed to continue baking at home.
