We believe a great croissant is more than just pastry—it’s an experience. The name Ethereal captures what we strive for: something light, delicate, and almost otherworldly.
Each croissant is built on 55 perfect layers—27 of rich, velvety butter and 28 of delicate dough—and lots of patience and care. We honor tradition with timeless classics while also bringing something fresh to the table, with seasonal flavors and fun monthly creations you won’t find anywhere else.

Capabilities & Pricing
To ensure the quality of our croissants, we kindly request all orders be placed a minimum of 3 days in advance. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Policies
Pickup and Delivery
All orders are for pickup, with the exception of: Free delivery in Green River for orders $40 or more. $6 fee for deliveries to Rock Springs Contact me for questions or special arrangements.

**Food Allergy Warning:** Our croissants are crafted in a kitchen where peanuts and tree nuts are present. While we take utmost care to prevent cross-contamination, please be aware that our products may contain traces of peanuts and tree nuts. Additionally, our Almond croissants DO contain nuts. Please inform us of any additional food allergies you may have. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.
