Once payment is received, I start my design process and start collecting everything I need to make your cookies perfect. Due to that, all cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the event in order to receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 14 days of the event, no refunds will be provided. In the event of an emergency where Emmy Bakes must cancel an order, a full refund will be provided along with a shop credit worth 20% of your original order amount.

Decisions are tough! But I’m here to help. Changes can possibly be made up to 2 weeks before pick up date. All change requests will be under consideration and depending on the changes, may require additional costs.

Does $48/dozen seem pricey to you? Let’s break it down so you know what all is affecting this price. •Each cookie is $4, most drop cookies at places like Crumbl or Kneaders are $3.50, and my cookies are completely custom. •You get to completely customize the theme, design, and color palette of your cookies •Colors colors colors! Each color for your cookie is made completely custom for the order (ie red isn’t just a squeeze or two of red food coloring, I’m using several other colors to give it just the right tone, shade, and hue to work with the design) •I try my best to get quality ingredients so that the cookies meet my expectations, due to that I have to account for the cost of all of my ingredients when determining my cookie pricing. •Timing! It may seem simple at first glance, but making these cookies is a labor of love and time, each layer you see takes time to set and dry before I can add other layers on top of it to complete the design. •Packaging is always included in the price of cookies. Each cookie comes individually sealed to keep it fresh and the whole order is given to you in a beautiful display box to make it easy for transportation.

Standard cookie size: each cookie measures anywhere from 3.5 - 4.5 inches on its longest side. Mini cookie size: Each cookie measures approximately 2-3 inches on its longest side. Mini cookies are $24/dozen with a 3 dozen minimum.

Please be aware that these products are home produced without local or state inspection. Products are not available for resale. Cookie Ingredients: flour, sugar, cornstarch, salt, eggs, butter, vanilla bean paste Royal Icing Ingredients: powdered sugar, meringue powder, karo syrup, imitation almond (no actual nuts used in extract), artificial gel food colors. Other : cornstarch (used as a dusting to maintain integrity of design), sprinkles, sanding sugar, food grade markers, petal dust, edible glitter, metallics and various candy may be included. This product contains or was prepared in a location that also handles common allergens including milk, soy, wheat, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Yes I can ship cookies! The cost of shipping will be added to your final invoice total. Depending on lead time, shipping usually costs around $20-30 (this was based on a shipment with 2 dozen cookies sent to Texas for a two-day delivery time frame)
