About
Hey! I’m Emily, owner of Emmy Bakes! I have always had a love for baking, it started out in middle school with cakes and cupcakes and now it’s all things cookies! I love the combination of baking and art when it comes to making custom cookies.
Other fun facts about me: I’m a mom to an energetic little boy, I work as a cancer nurse part-time, the mountains are my happy place, and it’s my life’s goal to visit all 50 states and all 63 National Parks.

When requesting an order, there is a section to upload inspiration pictures. Please include a photo of the color palette, invitations or other decoration being used, and any other inspo pics to help me get an idea of what I can create for you!
Orders can currently be placed 3 months in advance.
Policies
Custom Cookie Design Info
1 dozen cookies will include 3-4 designs 2 dozen cookies will include 4-6 designs Any additional dozen will have 6-8 total designs I appreciate inspiration pictures but do request full creativity when it comes to making your custom cookie order. Current cookie flavor options are classic vanilla or chocolate with a royal icing frosting. Hoping to add more flavors in the near future!
Need To Know Payment Info
When placing your order, please select your pickup date and not the date of your event, this will ensure that everything is made and packaged in time. Orders need to be placed and deposit paid at least 14 days in advance to confirm your order. Full payment is due 1 week before pickup date. If full payment is not received within 7 days of pickup date there will be a rush fee added (typically 30-40% of the order cost). Large orders (4 dozen or more) need to be placed at least 1 month in advance, or a rush fee will apply.
Pickup
Pickup is in Saratoga Springs, UT. You will receive my address with your invoice. *I am willing to deliver/meet in the middle somewhere if it works out with my schedule. Plan your pickup date accordingly. All cookies will be individually heat sealed and that will keep them fresh at room temperature for 1-2 weeks, though I recommend eating them sooner! I am happy to provide instructions for freezing the cookies to keep them as fresh as the day you received them. Frozen cookies are good for up to 3 months. Pickup is preferred. FOR SHIPPING: Shipping cost will be added to final invoice total.
