50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your order (please include date and time of your event) - Payment methods: Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, or Venmo

Yes. A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your order and reserve your date. Your order is not considered confirmed until this payment has been received. The retainer is applied toward your final balance.

- Orders placed within less than 48 hours incur an additional fee (please inquire) and must be paid in full - Orders placed less than a week in advance require full payment

Elegantly Baked by Shenny – Terms & Conditions 1. Orders & Payments • A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your order and reserve your event date. This fee is applied toward your final balance. Orders are not considered confirmed until the retainer has been received. • The remaining balance is due no later than one week before pickup. Failure to submit final payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of your order, with the retainer fee forfeited. ⸻ 2. Cancellations • Weddings & Large Event Cakes: Require at least 6 weeks’ notice for cancellation. • Custom Cakes & Treats (birthdays, showers, etc.): Require at least 2 weeks’ notice for cancellation. • Orders cancelled with less notice will not receive credit, and all payments (including the non-refundable retainer fee) will be forfeited. ⸻ 3. Refunds & Returns • All sales are final. • In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours. The uneaten portion must be returned so we can assess the issue. • Partial or full refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis. Please note: no refunds will be issued if the order was prepared correctly but a flavor, texture, or design did not meet a personal preference. ⸻ 4. Design & Artistic License • While we do our best to replicate requested designs, all cakes and treats are made by hand. Small variations in color, decoration, or detail may occur. We reserve the right to make adjustments where necessary to ensure structural integrity and overall quality. ⸻ 5. Pickup & Delivery • Once an order leaves our care (pickup or delivery), Elegantly Baked by Shenny is not responsible for damage caused by transportation, handling, or storage outside of our instructions. • Cakes should be transported on a flat surface in a cool, air-conditioned vehicle. Proper care instructions will be provided.
