This is not the first nor the last set of cookies I'll order from Emily. They were so detailed and so yummy! They survived a two hour flight without getting ruined and lasted in the car two hours without melting in 104°F weather. 10/10 recommend :)

Emily designed the most beautiful, unique cookies for our baby shower event. They were the hit of the party! People marveled at the detail on the cookies, designs and were equally impressed with the incredible flavor of both the cookie and the frosting! Emily’s cookies are amazing! Makes me want to have more parties just so I can order more of her cookies!

The cookies I ordered for my mom’s 85th birthday tea party were the highlight of the evening! Not only are these cookies the most delicious thing you ever ate, they are amazingly created with time and attention to detail! Will order again without a doubt!

I highly recommend this small business. She had great communication, was willing to work with my ideas, made them work and look amazing! So many people complimented and they looked so good people wanted to keep them, instead of eat them!! The sugar cookie was just right, not too sweet! And the designs were AMAZING! Shebwas able to protray a drum set, quad drums, track logo, crown for homecoming king, and the school letters and year!! I will be using this business for future events!!

Emily did a wonderful job on these cookies. She sent me a mock up a week ahead of time and her communication was top-notch and was very flexible to work with. I hope I get another opportunity to work with her again because it was so enjoyable.

Emily did a fantastic job on our daughter’s grad party cookies. They were beautiful and delicious. We did the vanilla and chocolate. She wrapped each cookie also which was very nice. All our guests raved about how pretty they were. Will definitely use E I O bakery again!!

My daughter wanted graduation cookies made by sweet Emily and oh my goodness we were in heaven when we got them!! They were the most beautiful, darling and delicious cookies we have ever eaten! She was so easy to work/communicate with and she went above and beyond in creating exactly what my daughter envisioned to add to her dessert table!! I ordered some Mother's Day cookies and some personalized ones for a birthday later this year which she was very easy to communicate with. My mom had ordered some "IT, computer" theme cookies for my brother earlier this year and they were the yummiest and most creative cookies ever. The cookies are such good quality; whole ingredients that you can taste it right away. The time and intricacy she puts into detailing and designing them is incredible. Edible art. I would recommend her work to anyone!!

Emily was so kind and generous with her time to assist me in a rush order. No one else in the area had or made availability, but Emily didn't hesitate. She had told me they would be less detailed because of the time crunch, which was understandable, but they were beautiful and above and beyond what I was imagining. They were so delicious to boot! We will definitely be purchasing again whenever we are in need of dessert for a special occasion. Thank you!

I ordered Super Bowl cookies for the first time. Not only were they decorated so cute, they tasted amazing! They were so soft and full of flavor. They were definitely a hit! I just ordered more for Valentines Day.

We loved our Super Bowl sugar cookies! The flavor of the cookies is amazing - such a nice, unique blend of almond and vanilla, and the texture is perfectly soft & moist. The frosting designs are adorable and so well done. Ordering and pick up were easy too, which made it a great experience overall! I will definitely be ordering again!
