Amazing sourdough Vincent
Doughpe Grandma absolutely knocked it out of the park with this garlick-me sourdough bread! The crust was perfectly crispy, and the inside was soft and chewy with just the right amount of tang, plus enough garlic to fend off a vampire. It's clear she put a lot of love and care into developing the starter and perfecting her technique. 5 stars from this picky bread eater
