Unique flavor and taste. Lightly toasting really brings out the flavors

I tried the sourdough bread, even though sourdough isn't my favorite bread. I may have to rethink my choices for bread. This sourdough bread was excellent. You can tell it is made with care and quality ingredients. I would recommend this bread to everyone. If you have never tried sourdough, you are in for a pleasant surprise.
