Our breads are delicious anyway you slice it, but we understand they can be intimidating to break into. Here's how we slice our breads:
Using a bread knife or sharp kitchen knife, slice your boule down the middle.
Take 1/2 your boule and place it cut side down. You should now be looking at one end of your boule.
Begin slicing your bread from the end that is facing upward, trying to make them as even as possible. This prevents you from accidentally smushing the bread and allows for more even slicing.
Enjoy!
