Welcome to Dough, Ray & Me, a small home bakery in Altus, Oklahoma, where the butter is plentiful, the kitchen is rarely closed, and there’s always something sweet in the works!
What started with a birthday cake for one little girl has grown into a family-filled adventure of custom cakes, decorated cookies, seasonal sweets, and everything in between.
Behind the mixer is a mama of three with a love for baking and a habit of turning simple ideas into elaborate desserts. Behind the scenes is her husband, who has proudly accepted the very demanding position of Official Taste Tester. And somewhere in the middle are three little ones who keep life sweet, loud, and just a little chaotic 😉
The name Dough, Ray & Me is a playful twist on Do-Re-Mi and a heartfelt tribute to Papa Ray, who helped make that very first cake. It’s a little reminder that some of the sweetest things in life begin with family.
Whether it’s a custom cake for a big celebration, cookies just because, or a surprise Bakehouse drop, every treat is made from scratch with creativity, care, and a whole lot of butter.
